To strengthen this impact even further, the Four Days Festivities wants to grow its Business Club and increase the involvement of entrepreneurs. Unity Agency has been asked to contribute to this by developing a strategy that strengthens both mutual connection and bonding with the brand.


The Four-Day Festivities are an icon for Nijmegen, where more than a million visitors annually enjoy culture, music and connection. To strengthen this impact even further, the Four Days Festivities wants to grow its Business Club and increase the involvement of entrepreneurs. Unity Agency has been asked to contribute to this by developing a strategy that strengthens both mutual connection and bonding with the brand.

Challenges Four Days Festivities


The Four Days Festivities want to build a close and active Business Club that not only contributes to the event, but also has a strong mutual connection. Although there are already committed entrepreneurs, there is no structured approach to strengthen this commitment and attract new members. The challenge lies in developing a strategy that effectively connects, activates and inspires entrepreneurs to jointly make an impact for Nijmegen.

Our approach combines the power of a Community of Interest and a Community of Place. The Business Club offers a platform where entrepreneurs share experiences, work together and express their connection to the Four Days Festivities. At the same time, we exploit the shared love for Nijmegen and the event as a connecting factor. By developing a strategy that stimulates both substantive deepening and personal connections, we create a valuable community in which entrepreneurs inspire and strengthen each other.

Implementation Four-Day Festivities


Unity Agency focuses on three points: engagement, activation and growth. We develop a content strategy for the Business Club’s communication platform, focusing on relevant and inspiring content that stimulates interaction. We also design an engagement strategy with events and campaigns to actively connect entrepreneurs with each other and with the Four Days Festivities. Finally, we support the recruitment of new members so that all entrepreneurs with a warm heart for Nijmegen can join. Together, we are building a strong community that allows the Four Day Festivities and the city of Nijmegen to make an impact.
