The challenge
The Regional Economy Knowledge Network had a clear mission: to initiate knowledge exchange among professionals who strengthen SMEs. But that never happens in practice.
The target audience, employees of municipalities, provinces and knowledge institutions, work with full agendas and varying priorities.
The challenge lay in creating a place that was not only convenient, but also felt natural in their work. At the same time, resources were limited, so every action had to hit the mark.
The question for Unity: with the time and resources available, how do you create an active community that is truly of value?
The approach
As a community partner, we make sure the Knowledge Network lives. We organize inspiring webinars, bring partners together and ensure that knowledge does not remain on the shelf, but is truly shared. From practical communication to technical development of the platform, we are there on all fronts.
What began with individual sessions grew into a valuable program full of current issues. By doing, connecting and continually listening to members, together we have built a community that is increasingly meaningful. Less resources, more impact.
The result
In recent years, the Regional Economy Knowledge Network has grown into an active and engaged community. Members know how to find each other more easily, share their knowledge more often and use each other’s experience to support SMEs even better.
The webinars have developed into a regular meeting place full of current topics and recognizable practical examples. And with each program, the added value of the network also grows: the cooperation becomes closer, the discussions more substantive and the results more visible.
What began as a digital platform has grown into a living knowledge network that gets professionals moving, thereby strengthening the regional economy.
