ANBO-PCOB

Together from platform to place where people participate

ANBO PCOB wants members to find, help and connect with each other at Trefpunt. That requires more than just a good platform.

Unity explores what members need to become active. We look at current behaviors, barriers and opportunities. And we fully incorporate the power of the volunteer structure.

The result will be a clear advisory report. Practical, people-oriented and directly applicable. With a strategy that suits both the target group and the people who make it possible every day.

The challenge

Meeting Point has everything it needs to grow. The platform stands. The members are involved. The willingness to participate is there. Only that energy is not yet coming to life everywhere.

Many members are watching and reading along. The step to actively contributing just doesn’t come naturally yet. This is exactly where the opportunity lies. Because the difference between an online environment and a real community lies in movement.

The volunteers also play an important role in this. They are motivated and carry the platform, each from their own role and working method. That existing structure is valuable and deserves an approach that fits it.

Unity therefore does not only look at what can be improved, but rather at what is already there. Where is there energy, where do conversations start and where do opportunities remain unexploited? From that insight we think about how Trefpunt can grow into a place where members actively participate and volunteers can drive this with confidence and pleasure.

The approach

We start by looking along. How is Trefpunt being used now and where is movement lagging?

Unity examines behavior on the platform and speaks with members and volunteers. We look at what people need to participate and what role volunteers can play in that. Not by changing everything, but by connecting to what is already working.

From these insights, we bring opportunities into sharp focus. Where can activation occur, what requires guidance and where is there room to strengthen?

We translate that into a practical advisory report. Clear, people-oriented and applicable. With a strategy that suits ANBO PCob and provides direction for the next step.

The result

This trajectory brings calm and direction. ANBO PCob gets a grip on what is needed to get members moving.

The research sharply exposes where opportunities lie and which choices help to bring focus. Not abstract, but concrete and substantiated.

The advisory report will soon form a solid foundation with practical tools that are immediately applicable and provide guidance for the next phase. This will create a clear plan that suits the platform, its members and the volunteers who make it possible.
